I’m writing to share feedback regarding my visit to your Cold Stone Creamery location on Utica Ridge Road in Bettendorf, Iowa. Earlier today, I visited the store specifically to try the Choco Taco. At the time, the store was not busy — there was only myself and one other family present. Came in for the new taco with family and friends the kid at the counter was extremely rude and was saying he had 2 to make so it’ll be over 10 minutes I said we can wait while he continued to say it may be longer and yelling about it while they had some made. He didn’t apologize nor was he polite and the family in front of us said what’s his problem. Very dissapointed 7:59 7/20
Had hair in my 30 dollar quart of ice-cream! Nope not again! Can't even call someone
The ice cream was half melted as soon as they handed it to me and the waffle cone was stale.
We ordered a cake and come our pickup day this Thursday they never made the cake because the freezer wasn't working. Didn't call us nor no e mail no text message about it. Call the phone there and they pick it up and hang up 3 straight times today. Terrible communication but GREAT JOB for ruining our party yesterday, Thank You!!
