Horrible customer service , stood in the line and was completely ignored, not even greeted .. for over 10min This is a very real review and all my reviews aren't 1 star. However I do believe businesses need more "real" reviews as you so put it. And businesses, especially these days are far from perfect. Employees are super friendly and deliver nothing but quality service and ice cream! Never fails to disappoint.
Went for the first time in years. Ice cream was good and place was clean. Never seen a staff so unhappy with their jobs before. Wish I could take my tip back. Will avoid this place in the future.
