Very slow service The manager is very fast but the employee slow and talk a lot
March 1st 2025 the two females who closed…. All I can say…OUTRAGEOUS. Terrible work ethic. So slow so rude so ridiculous. It was surreal like a filming of MadTV or In Living Color! Yes throw back to that level of ratchetness that SNL never did. No one should have to wait that long for ice cream and then get threatened by the employees. Again RIDICULOUS
Well I don't like to post bad reviews on anyone's business but most importantly the employees. I and a group of friends visited this site for some dessert in the evening. I have to say with regret that we were treated horribly. There was no customer service regarding any "Hello, How are you?" This lady went straight to "what can I get you". That is some rude horrible disgusting customer service. And the most detrimental part was that we had to say our order more than 6 times. She just couldn't remember.
