Service was great and I e cream was good!!!!
it was so bad i'd give it a zero, but i can't, so i give it a one. Last time they gave me my ice cream fully melted, and today when i came they literally did not mix my ice cream at all. i specifically asked for cookie dough and there is just a single brownie places on top and sprinkles. Zero effort, and did not bother warning me that they decided to be lazy today. These shenanigans only started happening after they merged with planet smoothie and reopened. terrible

Management should consider the employment of the red-haired lady who was working the night shift on Tuesday, July 14, at around 9:30 p.m. She was rude to everyone and made no effort to hide that she didn’t want customers there. The other slim employee was friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. She could learn a great deal about customer service from him.
Excellent customer service! Love this place.
