NECA WAS AMAZING. WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO TAKE CARE OF US.
The ice cream is still the best.I have ever tasted. I was also impressed with the gentleman who fixed my ice cream. He was very thoughtful and very polite.
I went into Coldsone Creamery Neca was amazing
Stopped by today with my two kids for a treat. While a couple of the staff members seemed more interested in messing around than helping the growing line of customers, the manager, Neca, completely saved the visit. She was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient. She personally stepped in to serve all five of us with a great attitude. It’s clear she’s the one holding the standard there and keeping the place running. We really appreciated her help and will definitely be back because of her!
