How are you out of milk for a milkshake! Ridiculous!
I went into Cold Stone Creamery to order a cake for my 40th birthday and what I received was nothing short of extraordinary. Neca did not simply make a cake, she created a masterpiece. From the moment she began helping me, it was clear she cared about every single detail. Just waited at the front for almost ten minutes before someone came to help, there was a line in the front, the only reason someone came to the front was because I went to the back and said hello. Absolutely unacceptable to have younger staff without a proper manager!! Talking in the back instead of helping customers is appalling.
Bad customer service. Had to ring the bell a couple times, and while we were waiting we observed hair in one of the ice cream tubs. Despite this; we decided to still give it a chance. Finally the woman came out, and we asked where to order. she didn’t say anything but just pointed. A couple times, she couldn’t hear what we were saying and would go “huh” in a rude tone. Won’t be returning.
What a disappointment. Ruined my son’s birthday he was so sad that the oreo pieces weren’t even crushed and he was served toppings he did not request. Poor lady seemed like retirement would be awesome.
