The owner was so rude and got mad at me and my boyfriend for going to the bathroom at separate times The employees were super nice and very respectful, terrible management though
Huge thanks to the three people working tonight, they were rocking it! It was super busy me and my friends had came after dinner and decided to get some yummy ice cream! i recommend the Birthday cake remix with extras fudge and rainbow sprinkles it’s the best! my husband and kids had gotten their own with a huge variety of ice cream flavors and toppings. they were so kind with giving out samples for us to try it helped out a bunch. I love Coldstone and this location has great customer service but I must say that the chocolate toppings needs to be regularly checked for freshness as the last two times I’ve gotten chocolate pieces added they were extremely hard and so much so that it didn’t blend well with the smooth ice-cream! Some of the pieces weren’t even edible due to how hard they were! Im not expecting them to be soft but I know chocolate and these toppings has been out in the air too long and maybe even expired!
