Loved the customer service!! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they didn’t take too long for the order I had. Also made the order correctly!
I have been visiting the Bedminster Cold Stone once a week and have always been very happy with my order. Lately there are all new people and I am very disappointed and will not go back. In the past the serving was like what is shown in their pictures. The ice cream is about 1 inch above the top of the cup. That's what I got in the past. Now the ice cream is even with the top of the cup. Holding is level you do not see the ice cream. I did complain but the new employees are too ignorant to understand.
