The guy working behind the counter very in attentive , I asked for a ice cream in waffle bowl he even asked me for a size I don’t know why and he end up giving me in a waffle cone and has a audicity to tell me that I ordered cone . Never coming back

I am highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered a custom birthday cake online on a Monday for delivery on the upcoming Sunday. After days of trying to contact them (because their phone was disconnected) I finally got ahold of them on Wednesday. I spoke with a lady that told me that she unfortunately had cancel my order because they did not do custom cakes. She said that it will be refunded. Weird vibes from the workers. They act snotty and last time I paid for extra ingredients that I did not get although my order was double the price. I will avoid this location and the microaggressions I've noticed during my past couple of visits. I have noticed that some of the businesses in this area have this issue when run by a certain demographic.
