Monica L needs to learn customer service. I’ve been in there 4 times in past month and every time she makes my order, it’s lacking in toppings and filling container. Please learn how to pack a container and give the customer the proper amount that they have paid for. Ridiculous to pay $12 for ice cream and only get 3/4th of a container.
Had Line going out the door! Asked to use bathroom and was told they dont work after watching employee leave them! Your restrooms advertise available if asked! Slow service, poor accommodations!
This is the first time I write a review about a place, but never had an experience like yesterday. This was the first time I went to eat an ice cream to this place. This is not a review for Cold Stone the company but for this location specifically. Cold Stone ice cream, at every other location is why I cant even eat the slop that dairy queen sells. Its delicious, rich and fatty. I've gone to this location 7 times and without fail, there are 3-4 girls in their early to mid 20s working there that are the textbook definition of ennui.
