I like Cold Stone in general, however, the girls at this location seem very judgmental. I was alone and ordered a pretty large order and as ordering one of the girls kept making faces like "wow" with the sizes and add-ins while checking out. Very noticeable and quite rude, if I'm honest. Makes me not want to go back after that.
Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced—at both the local and corporate level. The ice cream is good, but not that good. RIP Cold Stone. It’s time for a better option to come along.
The employee is nice and I order founder’s favorite. They make great ice cream!
Really fun place to grab some ice-cream.. hand made chopped up an all.
