I visited your store today, and even though it was not busy, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three ice creams, and the two girls working there were very rude and unprofessional. I even asked them why they were behaving that way, and they replied that it had been a long day. However, there were no other customers at the time, so I did not understand the attitude. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a cold stone. The guy Everett had the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Just rude and short and dismissive.
The guy who made my ice cream was amazing! Not only was he nice, the scoop was literally so perfect I didn't want to ruin it
