My brother ordered his shake the same way he always gets it, and they made it wrong. We have always preferred going to the east mall cold stone location, but they made my brother’s shake incorrectly and were rude to him (they tried to argue with him.) They also put whipped cream on it after having him clarify 3 times that he did not want whipped cream. I came here to buy icecream and then they gave me the wrong amount of change and scammed me out of 10$. Never will comeback ever again.
Got a kids cup with gummy bears that cost $5.99! Unbelievably tiny portion for only $0.50 less than a small. Other Cold Stones charge $3.49 for a kids cup. I felt ripped off big time.
