Lady working there was very rude
Always get custom birthday cakes for my kids here. I ask them if they want to try something different each year, but the answer is always no — Cold Stone Ice Cream Cake! The cake has been great every time. On the rare occasion there has been a mistake, the owner has immediately swooped in to fix any issue herself! You can tell customer service is her #1 priority without question.
I came in with ALL my grandkids after attending a show at up at the UNC outdoor theater by the Paperhandpuppets so we were plenty hot as it was in the high 90s. Braylnn was so patient, and provided such awesome customer service I had to leave a note!!! Thanks again Braylnn and I’m sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!!! …I see great things in your future!!!
Very disappointing experience. One of the employees treated me with a terrible attitude and didn’t care that there was a fly in my ice cream. She still tried to mix it like nothing happened. I’m sorry I left, but I wasn’t going to pay for or eat ice cream with a fly in it. Totally unacceptable.
