I came in with ALL my grandkids after attending a show at up at the UNC outdoor theater by the Paperhandpuppets so we were plenty hot as it was in the high 90s. Braylnn was so patient, and provided such awesome customer service I had to leave a note!!! Thanks again Braylnn and I’m sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!!! …I see great things in your future!!!
Very disappointing experience. One of the employees treated me with a terrible attitude and didn’t care that there was a fly in my ice cream. She still tried to mix it like nothing happened. I’m sorry I left, but I wasn’t going to pay for or eat ice cream with a fly in it. Totally unacceptable.
This place is must visit when I have my extended family in town! Freshness of their icecream and especially their coffee lovers is our family favorite would definitely recommend this place when you visit Franklin street!
I’ve been to this location multiple times, and each time I’ve encountered the same rude girl working behind the counter. She’s a white girl with a nasty attitude—rolling her eyes, slamming things down, and treating both customers and her own coworkers with complete disrespect. It’s honestly embarrassing to watch.
