The two girls who started working new aren’t trained properly by two men. The two men aren’t maintaining neatness and worst customer service . I ordered an ice cream and they messed it up completely. Never visiting again.
Didn’t fill up my container . The guy asked me if I wanted a bag , I said “no thank you” then he drops my ice cream on the counter and walks away with saying a word . Also didn’t greet me when I came in. Very rude and annoyed my “mine” container wasn’t filled
Worst service .. I got a cake today she don’t even know how to write and she messed up cake and name is written and half cleaned again and wrote name again on the mess
This is the 3rd and final strike. They have been doing great plus have been my go to spot for the last 4 years but not anymore. The last time I went they gave me the wrong flavor after saying cotton candy twice, I was still handed coffee. Plus today(25th August) the mix in I was charged for is not in it. They should do better.
