Terrible experience at this Cold Stone. The girl working there was unbelievably rude — no greeting, no smile, just attitude. She acted like helping customers was a chore and made the whole thing super uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers. Won’t ever come back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Levi you literally made my day, having the worst cramps of my life and just had someone pass away in my family. The last cold stone I went to in Hollywood some guy made me feel so embarrassed about how weird my order was but you made me embrace it. I really appreciate what you do and how you cared for me while taking my order. Someone give this guy a promotion and raise please omg

Thank you, Mikey for the amazing service. I will definitely be coming back here and bringing my entire family. Mikey was amazing. He was quick and fast and make sure that my ice cream was great.
