That new guy needs more training. You know who im talking about. He chopped up my Reese twice and called it a day, left the peanut butter as a huge glob in the middle, and gave me less than a like-it sized scoop for a love-it. Come on.

I normally go to the location in Dyer. I decided to go to this location twice. Once last week and again today just to be sure I was not misjudging what had occurred the first time. Both times I went I noticed it is predominantly White (staff and customers) which is no issue for me. I am Black. So when my ice cream was being made I noticed it didn't fill the cup at all. My cake was good and well presented all until I found a long strand of hair embedded into my child’s birthday cake… way to ruin a special day. Very disappointed and the cake itself was 50$ I even tipped…
