My cake was good and well presented all until I found a long strand of hair embedded into my child’s birthday cake… way to ruin a special day. Very disappointed and the cake itself was 50$ I even tipped…
They were supposed to sing a little jingle when I tipped and I tipped five dollars and they wouldn’t even sing the jingle. I asked them about it and they said no! And then the top that off I live maybe 5 mins away and my ice cream was completely melted literally all liquid unbelievable. I can’t believe this
They had 4 people working behind the counter. The cashier was making something and ignored two people at the counter including me. I got home and one quart was completely melted and the other was literally freezer burnt and soft crunchy. We live 15 minutes away and the ac was on the whole time.
