Very disappointed. The only reason I came was to get the Chocolate Dubai creation. They were out of the main ingredient. I didn't order anything else.
I ordered the Founders Favorite love it size.
Staff was very talkative with each other during peak hours which made them not able to assist or attend to the customers orders, the wait time was very long as well as the line.
Update: Coldstone has reached out and has handled the situation appropriately. I feel they did the best they could to make it better. And I look forward to better visits in the future. Thank you Raquel for everything. I have been coming to this coldstone for 5 years multiple times a week and over the years for the most part I have been happy with the service provided.
