There was a hair in my ice cream.
I went to Cold Stone about 1600 (4pm). I stayed near the cash register waiting or the female cleaning the waffle maker to finish. She turned around, looked at me, went back to working, then stepped away to assist another couple , who wasn't in line by the register, but was just standing in the middle deciding what they wanted. Well, now it is about 1615, then 1620 and I still haven't been assisted even though there is now a male who came over and started finishing cleaning the waffle machine. Very disappointed. The only reason I came was to get the Chocolate Dubai creation. They were out of the main ingredient. I didn't order anything else.
