Waffle cone bowl was broken to pieces couldn’t even use it
I have been coming to this coldstone for 5 years multiple times a week and over the years for the most part I have been happy with the service provided. However, on a recent visit that all changed. On 3/12/2026 at 9:15pm I walked in and waited to be served. When I was finally served it was around 9:35pm, which is after the close at 9:30pm. I ordered a like it and two gotta have its. I’ve always came here and ordered the same 3 flavors of ice cream mixed together. This particular time I came in to get my usual and there’s someone new and she tells me I can only mix 2 different flavors. I asked since when and she said always which is incorrect. She refused to give me what I wanted so I left and went to another cold stone and got my ordered fulfilled. Now I’ll just head to the hope mills location for now on.
