This place smells like sewage and mold, with AC vent visibly moldy. Significantly unhealthy. Services and cleanliness is well below the brand average. I threw away mine after a couple of bite.
This place is disgusting there’s a foul oder the minute you enter, crumbs and dirty floors, fingers prints on every surface. I’m truly concerned for people’s health!
The Cold Stone at New Center Point (3235 Cinema Point) is in an absolutely disgusting state of cleanliness. The floors haven’t been moped in so long there is grime and stickiness all over and the store itself smells so bad. And there are tons of flys that kept landing on customers. The spoon we were given was also dirty and covered in old chocolate sauce. In between the counters is very dirty and the wall is stained yellow from not being wiped down.
Wonderful flavor and topping selection and super friendly staff! My kids loved watching their ice cream get tossed in the air and it made the whole experience fun and personal! The young man serving us was super upbeat and we can’t wait to go back as we enjoy the end of summer break!
