Some of them seem intentionally slow.
I called today to ask if they had availability to make a cake for tomorrow. The girl had a terrible attitude! She said “uhh yeah…” then before hanging up said to another coworker “great. Another cake for tomorrow” so don’t worry, girl! I will be taking my business somewhere from now on.
The ice cream was decent, but the service was completely unacceptable. There were five young employees working during our visit, yet three of them were either standing around talking or glued to their phones. It took nearly 20 minutes to get in and out not because it was busy, but because the staff was unmotivated and disorganized.
