I am so disappointed. I have heard friends say they go all the way to Brandon than come to this one on Fowler. I was like no I love them. However today I am upset and I came far to get disappointed wow. I have been coming to this cold stone for years. I have never had a staff member say that they can’t give me fresh waffle cone pieces. Awesome job to Jackie today! She held it down when the line was super busy and she was the only one working. I waited in line for about 30 minutes as she got through the line by herself, and she handled the line confidently and smoothly. Great job!
Walked in practically empty by 8pm wanting my classic go-to quart of Founders but opted to try something different for a change. I kindly inquired with the employee Mya to sample 2 new flavors(churro) who shamelessly asked if "I was only there for free samples". To her surprise, I bought a custom quart which she overcharged us for(it's my staple & decided not to correct her since that would've been her tip money anyway). Got some ice cream as a treat tonight, let the staff know that one of us has a peanut allergy. The ice cream was still cross contaminated and had to be thrown out. Please train staff on non contamination better, missing a step could put someone in the hospital.
Nice quality ice cream and cakes. But the point system is a mess. One time I go in and I have 9/35 points, another time 21/35 points, then suddenly I have 3/35 points; now the 35 goal is moved to 50!! Not cool.
