We love this location and getting ice cream here! We got the chocolate dipped waffle bowl and it was NOT good. Would not recommend wasting money on that. But we usually get the banana caramel crunch creation they have and it is amazing!!!
Friendly, good service and Ice cream. Seems short staffed.
Josh helped us out. He was doing lots of tricks with the ice cream. It was dinner and a show!
It's Saturday night, line out the door, online orders ringing through and you have ONE, ONE SINGULAR WORKER. She is doing great, the absolute best she can, but this is a huge negative reflection on management. Especially when this is a summer night in a college town! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it.
