I came in on my birthday and tried to use my birthday reward to get some ice cream. The employee had me pull out my ID and app to show him it really was my birthday. I had no problem doing that and showed him my ID and app to confirm. He told me no and wasn’t very kind about it. I’ve been coming to cold stone my whole life I was so excited to get my birthday ice cream but instead I left sad and a little embarrassed.
Good hang out spot for chatting. Plenty of outdoor seating
