I stopped by Cold Stone on a Thursday night, and I just wanted to give Andrew a shoutout because he was amazing. There had to be at least 10–15 people in front of me, but he stayed patient, friendly, and in a good mood the whole time. He treated everyone with kindness and never looked annoyed or rushed, even with such a long line. Messed up my daughters birthday cake special order cake ordered 2 weeks ahead and made something which is not even close to my cake they should have informed us if something is not available and spoiled the party
