December 1st came in at around 9pm. Came in and the worker didnt say a word or even look at me, she decided to start working on a online order about 10 seconds after I walked in and took about 7 minutes to complete it even though it was a single ice cream. I was standing around for about 4 minutes until she finally decided to say something to me and told me she would be done in one second. Friendly staff and very clean store! We got a large strawberry ice cream with brownies and sprinkles to share. We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend..
the blonde girl that worked there last night on july 17 was so rude when i asked if they had something. usually everyone here is pretty nice and welcoming but when i asked if they had the birthday cake taco she looked pissed told me “we don’t” and then just looked away from me lol. not sure why she got mad at me for asking a question but i hope this serves her well. going to foothills location today to get the birthday cake taco with kinder employees.. unfortunate i have to do that though.
Ordered a custom birthday cake, came next day to pick it up to find out it was cancelled with message : I’m out of cake. No call, no nothing just an automatic email.
