It seems that I am not the only person to encounter blatant rudeness and unfriendly service at the Altamonte Springs location. I ordered two like it and asked for it to be delivered which the Coldstone creamery application does not disclose until after the order is complete that it will be delivered by a third-party who decided to take over 20 minutes to deliver an order not even three blocks away.
