IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH COLD STONE! I WAS EXPECTING STRAWBERRIES AND SHORTCAKE WITH STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM AND WHAT I GOT WASNT EVEN CLOSE. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. WHAT A RIP OFF! ABSOLUTELY GONE DOWN HILL FROM A GO TO ICE CREAMERY RESTAURANT TO BELOW AVERAGE AND GETTING BETTER ICE CREAM FROM 7-11. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Not the best experience and definitely the last time coming to this location. Night team lacks customer service and takes literally 15-20 mins for two milkshakes. Pretty insane considering there’s three people closing.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Cold Stone for many years, and I’ve always loved both the ice cream and the customer service. Every time I visited in the past, I left happy and satisfied. However, I’m really disappointed to say that this is the second time this month that I’ve had a frustrating experience. The main issue seems to be with the night shift team. Came to get ice cream, but there were only two people working. One person focusing on uber orders and the other person handle customers. It took me a total of 25-30 minutes to get assistance with only one person ahead of me. Employees need a little coaching and need more help. It never like this before
