Walked out… fifth time I’ve been. And they always take half an hour at least to serve about five people. This trip, the employees had a customer lift their dog above the ice cream to pet.
They heard half of our order wrong and didn't know how to make the reeses chocolate peanut butter dream at the start of a rush but it was great when we got our order
Every time we come we receive the best customer service, One of the best places to get 🍨🍦Birthday cake remix with strawberry... my new favorite. Very professional customer service, they are very attentive to what we ask for. Love it! I recommend it 💯%
Who is managing these kids? No one in line in front of me, and it took 20 minutes to make two shakes. There were at least 5 kids working there, all talking amongst themselves, even stopping me mid order to talk to a peer who was leaving for the day. When he handed me my shake, there was ice cream dripping all down the sides. I asked for a napkin and a new lid to clean the mess myself. Ordered a custom cake on Sunday to be picked up Wednesday at noon, was not ready. I was offered another cake that was not made the same way as a replacement. I asked can they have it ready by Thursday at noon and they said ok. (This is not the first time this has happened) Went Thursday and the cake was ready, no sorry, discount anything for me having to drive back out and pick it up.
