Cakes frozen to hell , dirty store
I'm sure folks that can afford this ice cream love it. I've been twice, now, in 30 years and will not be returning a 3rd time. I didn't know the ordering process nor was it laid out for anyone. The staff didn't think to ask "who's next?" so we were passed over for a group of five other folks. Interesting flavor combinations and descriptions, yes. Ice cream was nasty. My server got my order wrong, how hard is it to get ice cream wrong? My server was also not very respectful. A guy cut in front of us and they served him. My and my brother got the same size, but they gave him two sizes up, same price. They are too slow and way to over packed for how slow they move.
Ice cream was delicious. Staff knows how to put flavors together. Three stars is due to the lack of people skills in a customer service position. Staff needs to be more friendly and approachable. Although they know how to service ice cream, I suggest they learn how to interact and relate to the customers more and not worry about getting them out so much.
The kids need help. They move very slowly as if they are confused. The other part is all the online orders that come in. They wont look at the long line of us because they would have to acknowledge that the online orders are taking priority.
