Disappointed! Paid for 3 toppings on a "Love It." Gave me 2 strawberries, a half scoop of nuts, and a quarter-inch of a banana. It was mostly ice cream. Unreal for the cost!
Seriously so bummed with my ice cream tonight! I've never had a bad cold stone experience until tonight. Paid 10 bucks for soup in a cup?! It was sooo melted and runny and needed a straw pretty much to drink instead of eat it. And one order was forgotten so had to go all the way back after getting home from picking up to grab it. It was the only one not marked with a check mark on the receipt. Y'all aren't cheap! Very disappointing
Fast friendly service. They were so kind to my toddler who wanted to pay and order during a busy time.
Went in there because this location specifically had the almond milk shake. Upon ordering, my husband saw them adding regular milk to the almond milk ice cream. For medical reasons, my husband cannot have dairy. If my husband hadn't seen them add regular milk, he would not have known and would have been very sick. Ended up getting the almond milk ice cream only. This is concerning because if you order a dairy free ice cream it should be assumed that the person has either an allergy or prefers plant based milk.
