Owner is cheap with the portions and employees get in trouble for serving normal Cold Stone portions. All other locations are great.
Staff was nice and working diligently. We called before we arrived to check on some inventory (wife has a preference) and the man who answered the phone sounded happy to help and was even happier to verify they had what we were looking for.
Staff is very friendly.
do not go to this place two idiot teenagers were in there when I went in there to ask how early in advance can I place an order for a cake and they said that it wouldn’t be ready till Sunday keep in mind today is Thursday that is absolutely absurd that it takes them three days to make a cake. I ended up calling the cold stone on Santan Village and they said that they only need a 24 hour notice and was very nice and very helpful and the other girl Who said it would take them three days was snotty .
