Horrible service. Standing by the counter waiting to pick up an order. I did have one ask what I was waiting on, but one other person behind the counter said something and had her do someone else's order and ignored me ever since. One other person said she was waiting for 45 minutes and got overcharged.
Very good place to enjoy with friends and family
Will never visit this place again. Ordered three ice cream cups, one was missing, one was spilled all over the bag because the lid wasn’t properly placed on the cup, and only one was ok. The place wasn’t even busy to mess up this badly. I tried calling the store for a refund and the calls kept forwarding to voicemail. I reached out via the website and someone emailed me (Prakash S) saying that he would talk to the staff that night and I never heard from him again.
