Will never visit this place again. Ordered three ice cream cups, one was missing, one was spilled all over the bag because the lid wasn’t properly placed on the cup, and only one was ok. The place wasn’t even busy to mess up this badly. I tried calling the store for a refund and the calls kept forwarding to voicemail. I reached out via the website and someone emailed me (Prakash S) saying that he would talk to the staff that night and I never heard from him again. Great flavored ice cream
I ordered a PhotoCake from this Cold Stone and was very impressed! They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to fulfill all my extra requests. A special shout-out to Prakash, who was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommend this location for great service and quality!
