Staff definitely did not care and took their sweet time making orders, gave us way less ice cream than normal (we ordered medium) and still expected a tip
the toppings were distributed evenly throughout my ice cream. workers were pleasant. this ice cream was amazing
Ice creams are good, cakes are good. Customer service skills can improve, on my case they did try but they were confused over a simple order, 5 minutes order became like 20. I'd maybe go a second time to check some other ice cream.
The hours shows 10:30am-9pm.. I don’t understand for the life of me why are they still closed at 11am? I was trying to buy a ice cream cake for my son’s 17th birthday guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
