I was really disappointed with my experience here. The employee named Donya had a terrible attitude the entire time I was ordering. She seemed annoyed that customers were even there and acted like serving ice cream was a burden. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow — there were barely any people in line, yet it still took forever to get my order. She came across as lazy and uninterested in doing her job properly. Popped into Cold Stone and overheard a staffer call the manager “Donya.” That explains everything. This round lady came shuffling over with the energy of a deflated balloon and the charm of a parking ticket. She mixed my ice cream like she was punishing it, then slid it across the counter without a word. Zero joy, all grudge. If you hate scooping happiness that much, Donya, maybe switch careers. My cone tasted like attitude with a side of regret. Hard pass forever.

Horrible customer service. I attempted to special order a cake, and it was nothing but a hassle from beginning to end. First, the store did not pick up the phone. When they finally did, they took my order for a custom cake, and then called back several hours later to inform me they could not make the cake until it was paid for, and that it would have to be paid for in person.
