Stopped in for the usually fun experience of a cold stone mash up after a movie. Unfortunately the manager completely ruined the experience with her toxic attitude towards the customers and her employees. From the moment we stepped into the door (30 minutes before closing) she rolled her eyes like she was disgusted we were even there. Great ice cream. A bit on the pricey side.
There's no better ice cream than Cold Stone. I'm addicted to the cake batter flavor and get it with caramel and crushed graham crackers. Sinfully delicious. It's the most flavorful, creamy, smooth, dense ice cream you'll ever eat. This location is great with great service. Love it!
Not a great experience. I placed an order online for pick up so I can just grab it and go. I get there a few minutes after it said it should be ready. The place is packed so I asked the person at the register about my order. She said it wasn’t ready yet if I could give her a few minutes. Absolutely - as I mentioned it was packed so I wanted to be patient as I assumed she wanted to finish helping her current customers.
