I love this cold stone location so much! Great staff and service!
Horrible customer service. I attempted to special order a cake, and it was nothing but a hassle from beginning to end. First, the store did not pick up the phone. When they finally did, they took my order for a custom cake, and then called back several hours later to inform me they could not make the cake until it was paid for, and that it would have to be paid for in person. Great service! I think the girl helping us was the manager. She worked really hard handling a long line on a busy Saturday night at Cold Stone Creamery and still kept a great attitude. She also made the ice cream so good. Really appreciated the service.
Ordered ahead via the mobile app and all 5 items were made as ordered and ready for pick up in time.
