I came in on the 4th there was only 2 girl's working and they had a long line they were doing an amazing job the ice cream was really good and even with a lot of customers the service was fantastic I would absolutely come back amazing job to those girls.
I have never been disappointed at a coldstone before today! There were 2 girls working. One was almost in tears saying “this is the longest rush of my life”. There was maybe 8 of us in there. When we checked out. She aggressively shook the tip jar at us and then gave attitude when I didn’t tip. After, she started counting the tip money and loudly sighed “really?! This is it for today?” The food was subpar. The mix ins weren’t chopped well enough and it wasn’t mixed in. I am very disappointed!
IT IS NOT OK TO ASK FOR TIPS! When you are paying with a card at this location, They have the nerve to ask if you want to leave a tip. Get a system that provides the customer the opportunity to leave one if they so wish, do not blatantly ask for one. Owners of this location, THIS IS NOT OK! Do you not pay these workers a liveable wage? Do they make $2.14 an hour? Tell your workers to stop begging for tips, it puts everyone in an awkward situation.
