Was so very disappointed my 1st time there last night … I arrived at 10 till 8pm there were 2 guys standing behind the counter. 1 not sure where he went and 1 making customers orders, there were 4 people in front of me when I arrived and soon after there were 4 behind me… The 2nd guy came back and took over telling the other employee to go ahead and clean the bathrooms and get ready to close… A few minutes later there were 10 people waiting behind me.. Best ice cream in Huntsville hands down. Great selection of flavors and toppings. Always delicious we go out of our way to eat here.
My girlfriend has a severe strawberry allergy. Brianna or Briaunna, I don't know how to spell it, washed her hands and got fresh utensils and ingredients to make her ice cream. I've worked in food service before and know how much of a hassle it can be sometimes but when notified of the allergy she didn't even bat an eye and immediately took care of us with a smile. That girl rocks, thank you guys so much!
Went in for a treat and ordered a pint of German chocolate cake... waited 10 min for the girl to take my order then watched as she put the same amount of caramel for a like it size into a pints worth of ice cream.. then when I asked her for more she said she could put more but it would be extra... okaaaay . Was there Feb 1st and the service was great and I witnessed the guy working in the evening handle a very needy customer with a pleasant demeanor and smile on his face. Great job!!!!
