They must remember to wash their hands frequently. When you enter the store, they grab clean gloves without washing their hands. They touch their hair and faces when serving or putting on gloves. Please remove the ear buds and be attentive to customers. I love Cold Stone, but it must be sanitary.
Great ice cream. The store was very clean and the employees were very patient with my kids while they tried to pick out their flavors. We will definitely come back.
