I’m big on energy and customer service! This was only my second time visiting Cold Stone, and unfortunately, the energy at this location just wasn’t welcoming. No one else was in the store, yet I still felt rushed while trying to order, and I’m a VERY quick person, so for me to feel rushed says a lot.
