Very delicious ice creams, nice service. What else can you expect from an ice cream parlor?! The guest area is a bit dirty, but there is such constant traffic that it is a wonder that the servers are still smiling and nice. Good place!
I had a really great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kylee (I believe that was her name), and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She offered to let me sample a few flavors and was very patient while I decided what I wanted. I ended up getting sweet cream ice cream mixed with brownie pieces, fudge, and caramel. The staff and manager here are very unprofessional. My boyfriend and myself came in for the first time and upon ordering our ice cream the employee slammed our bowls on the counter and refused to even make eye contact. After we paid and sat down my boyfriend informed me that this employee was a former friend of his daughter. After we sat down the employee went to the back and was then seen crying and escorted out by the manager. I do come here often while driving in the area for work. Its one of the best place in town. They have so many options including so many health ones.
