Would like to share that lobby closes at 8:30 weekdays but drive thru is open until 9 as to why they have open signs on to ensure customers they are still open in the drive thru but Fridays and saturdays are different they stay open in lobby till 9:30 and close at 10 through the drive thru awesome place if I do say myself.
Why is the door locked with the open sign on, and only drive-thru is actually open?? Every time we go after 8pm this is what we find. Who's managing this place? Signs in back burned out, overgrown weeds, can't see the drive up sign....do better Cold Stone. I miss Menchies!!
drove an hour here and they closed 30 minutes early
Yesterday, March 19 at 8:30 pm I went to buy at the window and ordered two large ice creams and first they only gave us one and when I told them that there were two they closed the window annoyed and returned with a large size but when I started eating it I realized that it was a small glass of ice cream stuffed in a large ice cream container to give the appearance that it was a large one and it was small and they charged me the same amount, I came back and they only said that they could no longer do anything it was already ... read more
