Two girls working started yelling at a family who tried to go in saying it was going to take them twenty minutes to get through 3 people in line then kicked them out and locked the door stating they close at 8:30pm when the website says 9:00 pm. Very unprofessional and clear the two lady’s working just wanted to close early.
Started going when Dairy Zone ( if you know you know) closed for the season. Every week its something with them, either not labeled, made correctly, forgetting items, or dont recieve our order because they are closed due to internet issues (on going for months now) AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. We spend almost $60 for our order just for something to happen. WILL NOT BE BACK!
This place continues to disappoint me, last time I was here they gave my friend root beer with cookie dough instead of peanut butter with cookie dough like he asked. As well as that they gave us dirty spoons to eat our poorly mixed ice cream with, unbelievable. This time they closed the store early so we could only go through the drive through, and after we ordered they failed to tell has that we could only pay with cash and not card. I was very fortunate to encounter Audra and Rissa tonight! They went above and beyond to deliver a delicious pineapple blueberry smoothie. They also sang to my friend for his birthday ❤️ Audra treated my friend to a happy birthday ice cream out of her own pocket 🥹 Genuinely some of the nicest folks I've had the pleasure of meeting. This was my first time to a Cold Stone Creamery and I'll definitely be back!
