Fabulous!
Despite the freezer being out for a few weeks earlier this summer, the staff is always so nice and helpful. We come here 1-2 times a week, we are always greeted and welcomed. The employees here are very hard working!
Your website says open until 11pm!!! Drive through broken AND the kids inside said they "hang out until 11pm" instead of letting people in or taking orders at the window. Absolutely unacceptable
Staff was anything but kind. Says they're open until 11 but aren't. Got here almost a half hour before close and they already had EVERYTHING shut down, couldn't even go through the drive thru since they said it was closed. If they aren't going to be open until the time it says so, they should have a sign saying so. Probably won't go back ever to this one at least.
It was my first time at Cold Stone Creamery. I had cookie dough ice cream in a waffle bowl, and I also got ice cream for my girlfriend. It was delicious! The store was clean, and the employee was friendly and communicated very well. We had a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon.
