Extremely sweet staff! This review is not directed towards the staff but rather possibly to the maintenance tech or whoever controls the equipment. More than once I received melted ice cream. Literally, when I walked out the door I noticed the mango sorbet was melted.... I felt bad going back and was also informed that replacing my melted ice cream was a 'one time thing.' Quick and friendly service. We had many questions (young kids) and were given service with a smile the whole time.
Ice cream was ok. I was just so surprised that they turned the lights off as I was in the store buying my ice cream. The person helping me laughted she thought it was funny. This was at 8:20 when they close at 9:00.
