I love this place! Easy and convenient wishing it were not so expensive.
This Cold Stone establishment takes the cake for being the least professional. Opted for a 'gotta have it' size, and guess what? Karina, the manager, decided to fill the cup only halfway. Asked for a tad more, but she claimed the owner's watching on security cameras, so no can do. I've been to plenty of Cold Stones, never encountered such a miserly portion.
