The employees are great. I was in there in July 2 at 9:45pm. Less than 15 minutes before they close and there was a line out the door. The customer ahead of me was so rude to the cold stone employee. I couldn’t believe it. The customer wanted a choco taco, but cold stone was out of the ingredients. So the customer practically interrogated the employee with a rude and condescending tone. The fake blonde working there tonight was beyond rude!! Simply ask a question and she acted like we were bothering her. Wow. Won't be back.
I went in today with some work buddies and placed our orders. I order a smoothie and the older gentleman that works there took the blender to the back and drank the rest of the previous shake he already made from another customer out of the blender. Then he didn’t wash the blender with soap and water, he just rinsed it with water.
The ice cream is delicious. That's why they got a second star.... this place is staffed by an unprofessional older man who never gave us the same amount of ice cream even though the order was the same. When I spent over $33. on Mothers day complaints had major issues, was told I'd receive a refund, they never gave me that refund......I chose not to complain to get it.....they lost my business which was at least $50. monthly. I will NEVER go back to this location.
