Very unprofessional, especially the one with curly hair! The kids were "working" with their friends hanging out with them. They acted like us coming in was an inconvenience to them. Whoever owns this place needs their franchise contract voided.
Rude kids that shouldn't be working with the public!
This was the 4th time I've come into the store and had a terrible customer experience. The employees are too occupied with their friends running around the store. Employees acted as though we were a burden as soon as we stepped foot in the door. They were on their phones instead of helping us. A freezer was down and a sign said ice cream may be soft.
