Overpriced icecream and the customer service was awful The girl that helped us today did not smile at all and i could tell that her "have a nice day" was extremely unfriendly . No need to return to an unfriendly place
The ice cream/sorbet was great, but the customer service was not. We visited today and the lady with the red hair was completely uninterested in helping. I don’t understand when employees don’t like customers getting samples. There are so many options, it can be hard to choose and that is where samples are helpful. We only had a few and the woman was visibly annoyed and not wanting to help. Not friendly at all.
Way too expensive for ice cream - only went because we had an giftcard. Out of the 4 items we got - 2 we didn’t like. $50 for dessert 4 items is not reasonable. Girls were nice and nothing to do with costumer service - all about price and quality.
