Hello I wanted to edit this review...the management has reached out to me and assured me that they have trained all staff and have been so kind and understanding! I was given a refund also but the most important to me that others do not experience any sickness from allergies or the like ..again the management was sooo understanding and helpful. I always love cold stone creamery and this was my first time coming to this location. A blonde girl greeted us and helped as at first and was very friendly, however then a white, tall, curly guy with eyeglasses took over. What a difference in attitude. Don’t work in direct customer service if you hate people! He was so unfriendly, gave us a bad look when we wanted to try different flavors (which you are allowed to do) and after mixing in my toppings he left 1/4 of my ice cream on there instead of putting in on my cup. Hours in google are accurate, I almost did not pull up because the sign was not lit. Service is always on par with the ice cream quality. My favorite is the Coffee Lovers Only,, with extra almonds.
Always a great place to go for ice cream. Can be a little hit or miss with the staff in terms of your toppings. Sometimes I get someone that puts a good amount of toppings on, and sometimes they can be a little sparse with them. Overall, I enjoying going here for ice cream. Nice outdoor seating as well, with lots of other dinning options around that you can do dinner at before.
I'm very upset right now. I ordered the lite vanilla ice cream and I questioned that it was empty at the usual location. He assured me it was the lite ice cream. I eat the same there always because I have issues with sugar and this time I got violently ill vomiting because it was NOT the lite sugar! There are serious reasons people order low sugar.
