🍦 Five Stars for a Sunday Sweet Spot! We dropped by this Cold Stone late Sunday evening, and it was the perfect, low-key end to our family weekend. Since it wasn't crowded, the staff was incredibly patient with my kids as they picked out their favorite mix-ins. The store was spotless, the service was friendly, and the ice cream was as rich and creamy as ever—nothing beats a fresh waffle bowl when you have the place almost to yourself. It was a great, stress-free treat for the whole crew. We’ll definitely be back!
My family and I have been to this Coldstone for years now and we really enjoy the ice cream. However the customer service has decreased in quality through the years. This past week we came in on Saturday, 3/8/26 and the music was loud and was Spanish or Latino music. I have no issue with this music but not in the context of Coldstone. It was way too loud as well.
