Had a terrible experience at Coldstone tonight, 8/24/26, approx 8:25 pm, in Merced. Family was visiting and thought we would take them all to Coldstone. We firstly found a hair in one of our ice cream orders, we told her and she remade it. No care in having her hair all in front of her face. They don’t fill the cup like they’re supposed to. Lots of extra space and it barely comes to the rim of the cup. Nothing like advertised.
