Goldstone should invest in lids for their ice cream cups. Filled up my cup double full and left it open faced. Made a mess all over my car. Have to go clean my car before I eat my over priced ice cream.
Very rude and refused us service and she didn’t feel like making a banana split because she was lazy and there was bananas. She explained to us she was only doing them early in the day and couldn’t give us a reason. 😡😡
It would be wise for the owner of this place to take notice of these reviews. Took my granddaughters for ice cream to celebrate the end of school year and I basically had the same experience as people 10+months ago. ONE napkin dispenser at the far end of the counter right in front of the only table for large group which means they have to get up and move if you want...a stiff paper towel from a dispenser like you would see in a bathroom. Clean and amazing ice cream definitely my favorite ice cream shop! I recommend to all!
Walked in there and wasn’t greeted at all.Horrible service and worst experience.Had 3 people working and nobody knew what they were doing asked 2 simple questions and literally got an um and they were still wrong.Got my order for pick up and they were spilling in the bag.When I got home there were no napkins or utensils.What was I supposed to do use my hands?Overall 1/10 but they all looked like new hires but should still have a smile on their face not in a rude mood at least fake it.
