I haven't been to Cold Stone in years, so when I ordered a Love It (medium) size, i was shocked to see how small it was and expensive! I was charged over $10 for less than a cup of total product. I did order one additional mix-in... but goodness, this should be highway robbery. Note: I wish I had read the comments before ordering at this location. This place is a RIP-OFF!!
I’ve been standing her for like 10 mins. Everyone is just so busy making waffle cones and what nots to acknowledge a human being in their store picking up an order already paid for - good grief
Shrinkflation!!! The ice cream is good for sure. However, if I'm going to pay 10 bucks for a cup of ice cream, it better be almost overflowing. The last few times I've been to this location, I get a "like it" portion at the "love it" price. (That's a small in a medium cup for a medium price.) At these prices the owner needs to make sure customers are getting a full portion. I won't be patronizing this location again.
