Ordered delivery, took over 2 hours. When contacting store they don't answer phone. Order was finally delivered over 2.5 hours and was not all here. Store states they can't cancel or refund. Highly recommend not placing online order on coldstone website.
Great ice cream and clean location, also friendly workers.
Absolute horrible cake. It melted and the ice cream ran. What a joke of a company. I called to complain...no reply from a manager. Sent a email to the corporate company...nothing. $55 down the drain and lost loyal customers
I was here Saturday at 4:00pm and the guy working deserves a raise. Best attitude ive seen in customer service, only one in the building but was busting out those milkshakes left and right. Give this man some music!
I’ve went to this coldstone for about 5 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience as I always realize they are very busy and they’re always as kind as they can be while keeping up with customers. This visit was different.
