We attempted to get ice cream. We let the worker know that our son has a mango allergy. She reuse to serve us due to the allergy. This is straight up discrimination. Most definitely will not be returning. This is absolutely B.S.
We went there over Memorial Day weekend. There was a lady there. I let her know that her daughter (4 years old) had a peanut allergy and she refused to serve us. She told us that somebody from a neighboring store serve somebody with a nut allergy and went to the emergency room and is now attempting to sue Cold Stone. I did let her know that we were in earlier in the week and they were able to get the ice cream in the back and use clean utensils. And she refused. The ice cream treats are great. But the service is very slow. Nonetheless, the quality of the ice cream is top notch.
Clean bathroom, employee was super nice & got my order done quick.
