I’m a big fan of Cold Stone, but I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this location. On one visit, I ordered a gotta have it, Dough For It and noticed the employee was using granulated sugar instead of the usual crystal sugar found at other stores. I asked her if they always use granulated sugar and she said yes. I politely told her to stop my order. Love coming here! They always have everything I am looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owners are so kind. Amazing cakes! Great location!!

Ice cream is delicious as always and I appreciated that they were able to make a cake for a birthday. Unfortunately I paid over $50 for an unsightly cake that I was a bit embarrassed to give to the birthday person. They need a more experienced cake maker for this location.

Very disappointed with my visit to Cold Stone. I waited over 20 minutes just to place an order, and it took a total of 30 minutes to get two ice creams. One employee was focused solely on making a cake and completely ignored the customers in the store. When DoorDash orders came in, he immediately prioritized those and skipped over the in-store line. The other employee also started working on DoorDash orders while two people were still waiting in line. It felt like in-store customers were an afterthought. Unless you’re okay w... read more
