Only two people working. One on cakes and one in the front who seems like a new employee reading the creations from a list on the counter. Did not have a hair net. Came home with a very long human hair in my ice cream. Will be going to other branches next time.
Do not order from here. Ordered an almost $60 cake, and the person who wrote the message had no idea what they were doing. It looks like an 8 year old wrote on it.
Disappointed with employee behavior towards ppl
Really disappointing. They are so uninterested while making mine and not even tried to cleam the peanut butter icecrem before adding my chocolate icecream. Even the quantity which they gave is really less.
I’ve never had a bad experience going here. The ice cream has always been great and the staff are wonderful. The only negative is the wait time. They usually run the store with only 2 people even on the busy days so the line can be very long at times. Overall it’s great but the wait time needs to improve.
