Ordered a dozen DIY ice cream cupcakes for a birthday party, and the woman was so kind when I went in to pick them up. Exactly what I ordered ready to go. Would definitely order from here again! :)
Stopped in on 4/20 - the person that looked to be the manager (middle aged Asian gentleman) rolled his eyes when he came out, totally didn’t acknowledge us so we didn’t have the opportunity to try the new banana pudding deal because we left. I did manage to knock on the window after we left to give him a thumbs up.
I ordered sugar free Vanilla ice cream , it was terrible. It had film on the ice cream and lumpy. I threw it away, I would not suggests to anyone to buy the sugar free (light) vanilla ice cream. The service was okay but they only had one sugar free ice cream which is vanilla.
Came here with my friend who ordered a “like it” which is basically like a small. The woman at the counter either didn’t listen or didn’t understand, and gave her a “love it” which is like a medium. When my friend asked if she could get the “like it” since the bigger size was $2 more expensive, she was told no, even though the woman that took her order was the one that made the mistake. They didn’t even try to fix their own mistake and still charged her full price
