I had one of the worst experiences at this Cold Stone location. I received a valid Buy One Get One Free coupon directly from Cold Stone by email this morning and when I tried to redeem it, Shyan the manager rudely refused to honor it. Very sigma ice cream store, the person who asks you what flavor for ice cream, then scoops the ice cream, then gives you the ice cream, then mans the cashier was nice. I think the small size is top large, I bet only the ultimate big back could finish it.
I order an love it size ice cream instead of that they gave me a like it size ice cream and put it love it size cup
We order strawberry passion cake which is pink but got the white one and told this is the right one. They do not accept return and exchange. Manager keeps hiding and no one solve our problem.
