I visited the Cold Stone Creamery on Power Road and Baseline expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t what I received. The two employees working when I came in were rude and disrespectful while taking my order. As a paying customer, I don’t think anyone should be treated that way. I have been going to this Cold Stone Creamery for the past three years. I have lived here on East Mesa aka Superstition Springs/Baseline Rd & Power Road. The staff and the manager Jon is super friendly however I do not like to write bad reviews but there is one staff member who is not friendly who I think needs "coaching" or possibly termination her name is Amber.
