Just leaving 4:07 on April 8th the heavy set Middle Eastern guy completely hates this job. You think you get better service for $20 worth of ice cream. Even my seven-year-old could feel his low energy without me saying anything. Plus, your milkshakes are mid, they taste just as good at Rita’s. Also, I wanted to add the place smells like mildew and it has smelled like that for years (Close to a decade) now you need to fix that that’s unsanitary
If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are extremely slow and not friendly! I waited over 15 mins for a grub hub order. They took other customers over me. And the line was long and people ended up leaving. The worst cold stone experience I ever had! Def won’t be going back.
Very nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and gave me an extra ice cream! Definitely recommend it this place
By far the worse customer service. I ordered through Uber eats, not only did they give my order to someone else but the manager compensated by giving my a love it size ice cream when I ordered an ours size ice cream
