Online it says they close at 8… they wouldn’t let us order ice cream at 7:45. Said they were closed. Every time we go in everyone behind the counter looks miserable and they’re never pleasant. Disappointing place.
I looked online and it said they accept gift cards. I walked inside and waited 15 minutes just to ask if they accept gift cards and they said no terrible customer service horrible the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m very disappointed because it says that they take gift cards, but apparently they don’t. They should update it online then if they apparently don’t, what am I supposed to do with my gift card?
This location is notorious for closing early. Most recently, walked in and went to the counter to order. An employee had just finished making ice cream for a family and was checking them out at the register. They then proceeded to tell us that they were closed and couldn’t help us. Ice cream was still on display in the cooler, door was unlocked and it was not 8pm. Horrible service- seems consistent with the low Google rating across the board for this location.
Website and sign says they’re open till 9 . I pull up at 750, the open sign is on, and they’re making some lady’s ice cream then tells me that they’re closed and to leave. Horribly ran business
We were literally just served half melted ice cream and told that the refrigerator and freezer are broken, but that nobody ever fixes it so it just stays at a barely frozen level
