holy crepes, this place is awful! my husband and I recently got some ice cream here, and the service was terrible! some of the staff was really helpful, but because of a “signature flavor” name being slightly altered the person helping us got irritated and confused with what we were asking for. Literally served soupy and melted… paid $20 for 3 small little cups that were all melted. Id rather just go over to USA to go for one of those milkshakes.
First time I’ve ever bought ice cream soup, maybe their freezer is broken
Was trying to see if they had the “Reese’s chocolate taco’s” Before the call was even answered I got hung up on. Figured alright they’re busy 🤷🏻♀️ Called later on, a few hours later in the evening and got told “we’re busy I can’t deal with this right now we don’t have them” After reading all the other comments afterward, as well it sounds like this location really needs to have a chat with their management😬
