I got my fave ice cream cake batter with Reese cups and the girls working were so nice. I decided to go in a normal time and not 5 minutes before closing like a lot of people that left reviews seem to do. I don’t know maybe that’s why my experience was good.
Believe what you read. My husband just attempted to get Cold Stone at 7:56pm tonight. The girl at the counter promptly told him, “they were closing in 4 minutes and could not serve him and to have a good night.” Very sad that they are allowed to continue this practice. Selling product you advertise is what you’re there for, especially during regular business hours.
Should be called Tim hortons and ice cream. For some reason it says Coldstone Creamery but you cant log in, accumulate, or use your coldstone points. Oh wait you have a gift card for coldstone creamery, odd thats he sign on our door but no we dont except those either. Heard bad things about this location from word of mouth as well as the reviews but made the mistake of finding out for myself. Ya live and ya learn....to not go here. Walked in at 7:48, they said that they were closing down for the night. The person behind the counter asked if they were still able to make it, at which point a girl said the block stops at 10 minutes to close, everything else at 8pm.
Closed before time stated online and on the door.
