Was trying to see if they had the “Reese’s chocolate taco’s” Before the call was even answered I got hung up on. Figured alright they’re busy 🤷🏻♀️ Called later on, a few hours later in the evening and got told “we’re busy I can’t deal with this right now we don’t have them” After reading all the other comments afterward, as well it sounds like this location really needs to have a chat with their management😬
Place is a scam. Says Cold Stone Creamery but does NOT accept Cold Stone Creamery gift cards? I feel cheated since I can't return my gift card and can't access the funds. They are disgusting in this behavior.

These people are HORRIBLE! I would give them zero stars if I could. They made my daughter cry they were so mean. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here…go to a different location, go to Dairy Queen, go to Kroger and get some Private Selection ice cream…anything just don’t go here.
Ordered a cake on Friday for pick up on Saturday. A few minutes after I got the order received email, I received another email saying my order was cancelled. No reason was listed, so I called, and was told the owner must've done it, and they don't know why. That I could call the following Tuesday for an explanation. Should've listened to the reviews.
