They ran out of Reese’s Peanut butter cups, water, cotton candy etc.. charged us 1.50 tor tap water. Seems like it’s poorly managed.
Doors locked at 9:15 when it says open till 9:30 workers inside just staring at me.
Today I went with a friend for ice cream, the girl who served us had a very bad attitude, I could not put my phone number for rewards, the girl acted that she put my number but my points were not passed and she did not give me my receipt. This month is my birthday and I'm supposed to have a promotion for that too, plus I think she overcharged me.
What's wrong with this location? It's literally falling apart. Dirty, missing ice cream flavors all the time, careless employees, empty freezers, falling lights...
Every single time I go they’re always out of something from ice cream flavors to toppings to cones, etc. The employees aren’t very helpful and seem annoyed by questions and just by being there. overall just disappointed in every experience, every time.
