Unpleasant experience regarding a doordash pick up order. October 12 Sunday around 0830pm walked into the store was given the wrong order and missing an additional item . Employee with red hair ponytail did not bother to check the order and was dismissive . The other Employee in black hair was aggressive when I asked her for fudge which was missing. What I ordered vs what I got. . . . .
I had a cold stone gift card, so I decided to pop by. It was my first and maybe last time. Ice cream was good, but the lady in the black hoodie almost seemed irritated at me. Not everyone is a regular at ordering. Overall, ice cream was good. The customer service just killed the experience. I'll stick to handles. I had the pumpkin flavor, and I asked for extra topping as well. Don't think I got It. But the ice cream was tasty.
Came here a few months ago during the summer. It was when they had that collaboration with Mattel when they were promoting the Barbie Movie. I saw the Barbie movie opening night and then came here to try out the ice cream. I was not disappointed it tasted like childhood. Haven’t gotten the chance to come back but I hope too in the near future.
