Lady was so rude. She got annoyed over her making the mistake of hearing our order wrong. eye rolling and stomping away isn’t professional. then we said we have a rewards phone number with cold stone and said it twice but still didn’t get it right so now i didn’t get points for a big order i placed.
Ice cream was great! The employee working today gave us a local recommendation which was super nice!

One guy working I didn’t catch his name was really friendly and recommended a few places for us to Go. The ice cream and waffle cone were great.
The dude working at the counter, Leo was genuinely one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Really chill, kind, and down to earth! I asked for a smoothie recommendation and the one he recommended was DELECTICIOUS!! 10/10
