Ordered online, gave 30 mins to pick up, when I got there it was not ready. 40 Mins later I got my ice cream. Excuse was, “we had customers”.

I have been ordering at least 3 times a week on Uber Eats..The store service is horrible. They send you a huge cup ans one scoop inside.. Never match the sizes you order. No one ones to take responsibility ti refund..uberEats has gotten horrible and Cold Stone probably worse.
Walked in when they were very well opened and was told by some young immature worker that they are closed. I said that you guys don’t close until 12:15am and his immature response was that the times are wrong online. I proceed to walk out and I hear his coworkers saying “Why did you tell her that?” and the immature worker’s friends laughing and agreeing with him.
