Horribly managed Cold Stone store. I usually get a CYO shake. Staff often lie and give you incorrect answers about how much toppings go into shake. Give bs answers like ‘regardless of size, you get the same amount of toppings’. So if you ask for Oreo as a topping, they would give you 1 single piece of Oreo even for a large shake. This store will up-charge you for each individual piece of Oreo you ask for. So if you want 3 Oreo pieces total you’ll pay $2.18 plus tax for the 2 ‘extra’ pieces. So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn't finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn't refund because I somehow was not on the security tape? Literally got the greatest dessert I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Ben and Benny and Benny came in clutch with the waffle bowl recommendation love this place will definitely be back
