So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn't finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn't refund because I somehow was not on the security tape? We ordered 2 Everybody’s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd's in the box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers... This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that???
